Engineering Professional
Natalie has extensive experience in Petrochemicals, Oil and Gas, Tertiary Education and Talent Development. Her experiences in the energy sector traversed many senior roles including plant engineering, offshore operations management and operations excellence in large industrial and multinational companies, where she developed and implemented management, technical and assurance systems.
Natalie’s coaching credentials include Professional Certified Coach credential (ICF) and Certified Action Learning Coach credential (WIAL) along with other coaching and process improvement certificates. She was the Founding President of the ICF Caribbean Chapter and is the Caribbean agent for Coach-to-Transformation, CoachingOurselves and Harrison Assessments.
