ABOUT COACHINGOURSELVES

CoachingOurselves was created by Henry Mintzberg and Phil LeNir to develop leadership capacity and improve organizational performance.

​

The learning approach is small group reflection and dialog (i.e. peer-learning/peer-coaching) and is used by over 20,000 managers a year, in 8 languages.

​

A CoachingOurselves certification prepares HR practitioners or Coaches to introduce, design, facilitate and evaluate a peer-coaching program, that can be delivered in person or virtually in just 1 1/2 to 2 hours per session.

 

Rather than developing content, Certified practitioners choose from a library of over 85 CoachingOurselves topic modules to design and deliver effective leadership and organizational solutions for clients. Every module is authored by a recognised thought leader or practitioner in the field.
